EFOST
The EFOST has until now organized 3 Congresses: Munich (2001, with GOTS), Monaco (2003, President Dr. J.C. Imbert), Madrid (2004, President Prof. Dr. P. Guillen / Dr. P. Biosca), and the 4th is under way of organization in Pavia, (September 2006, 28-30, President Prof. Dr. F. Benazzo), the next meeting will be held in Antalya on November 27-30, 2008 (President Prof. Dr. MN Doral) .
Relationships with EFORT
Specialty Day organized by EFOST in every EFORT meeting EFOST = EFORT being a federation of Societies Mutual agreement: considering the limited field of interest (Sports Traumatology) we remain as affiliated Society
Reasons to strengthen the relationships with EFOST: - Development in eastern countries (teaching, education) coordination with National Societies (single members, new Society: 2 journals, 2 coordinated congresses) Table of discussion with ESSKA.“Team physician travelling fellowship” will be done soon. The organizer of this programme is Dr. F. Kelberine.
